Évaluation Signature, an accredited real estate appraisal firm operating in Québec, is looking for a Real Estate Appraisal Technician to support its professional operations.

Main responsibilities

• Under the supervision of a Chartered Appraiser (Évaluateur agréé), determine the market value of various real estate assets for multiple purposes.

• Meet with clients.

• Visit and inspect properties to be appraised.

• Take the required photos.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret relevant real estate data, including comparable transactions.

• Conduct the research needed to support the valuation process.

• Draft complete, rigorous appraisal reports that comply with professional standards.

• Contribute actively to achieving the company’s objectives.

Desired profile

• College diploma (DEC) in real estate estimation/appraisal or a related field.

• Experience or strong interest in real estate and in handling technical data.

• Solid command of Word, Excel, and specialized software.

• Thoroughness, autonomy, and team spirit.

• Valid driver’s license.
