✅ Profile sought:

• Member of the Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec (OEAQ) or intern in progress

• Solid knowledge of appraisal methods: comparables, income, cost

• Strong interest in real estate and fieldwork

• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills

• Proficiency in French (English an asset)
